EPC is hiring an Administrative Assistant in #ptbo EPC is a non-profit organization providing employment services in the Peterborough area since 1982. We have a team-oriented, supportive work culture and seek motivated employees that are committed to a high standard of service and ongoing learning. We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant. The following are the key responsibilities: a) Collection of client activity information and documents b) Data entry using industry-specific software c) Provide support and leadership to a small team of front-line employees d) Provide administrative support to management as required e) Work with a team of Administrative Assistants to ensure quality and consistency f) Back up for reception as required Qualifications: a) Minimum of 2 year's experience working as an Administrative Assistant b) A high level of competence in working with software that includes: Excel, Word and large databases with proficient and accurate keyboarding skills c) Effective written and verbal communication skills d) Able to consistently maintain confidentiality and professional ethics e) Able to effectively manage workload - utilizes efficient planning, time management and meets deadlines and internal service expectations Physical Requirements: This position is generally considered sedentary with no significant physical demands.
